A tractor-trailer, carrying milk, overturned Wednesday morning on I-95 to Route 32 West in Howard County.

The driver of the truck, Gary Hines, 35, of Severn, suffered minor injuries and was transported to Howard County General Hospital. According to officials, Hines has been charged with negligent driving.

No milk spilled from the truck, said police. But the ramp was closed for a short time while the damaged truck and debris were removed from the scene.
